Great place for a good cup of coffee. the beetroot cheese cake is extremely delicious. The cafe is very open and cosy. The staff is really friendly too and speaks English.

Amazing coffee! This is my first time here, so I asked for recommendations. The barista recommended a seasonal drink called Custard Latte which tastes like a dessert and coffee mixed into one. I ordered a standard iced coffee with almond milk which is also very good. Great english music and mellow vibe. This place is located on 4th floor inside JR Observatory Tower. I will come back here everyday while I'm here in Sapporo

This is my first time trying the coffee from this branch. I took my family to streamer and told them that the coffee from this shop in OSAKA was really great. We are the first customers on that day. There was only one barista at that time. We ordered 5 cups and wait around half an hour. What make us dissatisfied was the barista male with long hair) made the coffee for other 3 japanese customers who come after us around 15 mins and ordered after us. We didn’t know what he think about us. The coffee in this branch was not as good as in OSAKA branch as well. Don’t go if the barista is male with long hair. The barista don’t have service mind at all. I was really upset with this branch:

Great coffee with awesome coffee art. They make seasonal coffees too which is sugoi! We got a latte and a raspberry mocha which was great

Poor service. Good coffee. Long hair guy is extremely impolite when we try to order coffee. It’s rare to see such bad service in Japan.
