A&w Canada - Saskatoon

At nov/4/‘23 10:50 am, I ordered a sandwich. I could see through the window where they slide the food out how the sandwich was made and the person preparing it was no wearing gloves and was pretty much touching all components of the food bare handed. I saw this man touch his face and his ears, then go back to food prep without hand hygiene. I also saw this person touch the coffee machine and other things. Very gross and unsanitary. There needs to be better standards. Not satisfied.

Waited for 25 minutes to get food with a crying baby, will not be coming

I was at center mall and odered pancakes the lady at the counter didn't look to see what supplies to replenished so she tells me after my pancakes are finished that she has no more Syrup,isn't staff required to replenish supplies before the facility opens,I ate them cause I didn't want to waste food as I live 9n a strict budget but I won't going to that A\u0026W ever again it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Dined at the mall for dinner this evening and ordered the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger with a small root beer $14). The lady who took my order was kind and thorough enough to tell me it would be a 12 minute wait. Once the food was ready she called my name and thanked me for waiting. The burger was delicious and comparable to a restaurant-style burger. Highly recommend!
