Feedback gevenI love Edo, but, a few months ago I ordered supper from 8th street location via Skip and all 3 of my meals came with no sauce, well that ruined our supper. So I call and the nice lady says I can get a meal for free next time so she took my name down. I called last week to get my free meal, and was ordering more but they told me a supervisor would call because they have no record. OK so I wait, she calls and says 'no we wouldn 't give out a free meal so we cannot ' I said well I was told different. She proceeded to argue with me so I just gave up, I would say that is not very good customer service, you ruined 3 meals only to offer me 1 and then not give it to me. I won 't order from there again!!!
Good good. Great service. I’m impressed how clean this place always is. We’ll run business.
Love Edo and am a very loyal customer. Food is usually always great although the one time this last Thursday, I had gotten food poisoning I had called the manager to be informed they would call me back. They never called me back never came to a conclusion. I found it very unprofessional that the very place I love to eat at did nothing. I usually would never complain, but the fact that they did absolutely nothing worries me. I give them a 1 star for being unprofessional an not taking accountability.
Not enough Wasabi. I even asked!!!. 1/8 tsp is not enough.I took this as an appetizer and was embarassed. Sushi was good but condiments are important.
Staff is always friendly, always say hi to you... nowhere else cares like this place. Food is usually pretty good. I enjoy this location thank you!
