Delicious ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and shaved ice at a fair price. Everyone in my party was satisfied. The four turtles (or tortoises) were a unique and surprisingly fun touch. Parking: There's not enough spots, and it's easy to get blocked in by the drive-thru line. Kid-friendliness: This place is all about the kids. Wheelchair accessibility: One disabled parking spot.
The ice cream wasn't that good. Seemed low quality. Also, the turtle area next to where the seating is smells terrible. The turtle looked dead.
