Feedback gevenA guy with long hair who claimed to be the manager (he said his name was Nathan) stomped around the corner and yelled at my children because they were being too loud for him when he was taking drive-thru orders. The kids are 3 (has a disabiltiy) and 4 years old and were excited to go out to eat. Management needs to know about this. We asked the cahier girl what his name is and she told us she could not give it. They had no name tags on. He should have notified a parent and talked to one of us. We asked him why he didn’t let one of us know. His response was you should’ve already known. Needless to say, never stopping at this dairy queen again. I hope to catch other families before they run into a situation like this. Just go to the next fast food restaurant. Also I hope somebody from management calls me to make this right.Parking: The place was almost empty. Probably why we all got such a traumatizing experience.
Went to get ice cream and they RAN OUT. They then refused to honor our coupons that expired that day on a different after THEY ran out of icecream. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past few months. Overall very disappointed in the turn this dairy queen has taken. I would give a 0 star review but that's not an option.
Drive through or indoors DQ gets the orders right the 1st time! Even gives you napkins for 1 of the most scrumptious crazy delish burgers we've ever had,called a Bacon ranch stackable double ? burger! Instead of soda have a medium blizzard as your appetite will be fulfilled w/their FRESH quality ingredients which do not disappoint. They'll add a wide variety of choices you can add diff flaves to shakes customize orders in app which offers deals too! Ask a ? they answer politely. Their great teamwork atmosphere helps even the most overwhelming crowds pass through lines quickly, the food was still hot reaching our destination. The staff adds Care and you can switch fries to DQ's tasty REAL onion rings to make your meal complete. ? WAAAAY Worth the trip to this DQ just off 43N. (Psst-NO SPEEDING here in town! So be polite please.
Worst drive thru experience ever. Dark menu board, asked if they had an item, they didn't. Got a reply with major attitude. Got to the window, she took my , pursed lips, pissed off. No thank you offered. I asked if everything was OK because I didn't get a thank you. Got a curtsey and a smart thank you. Thank goodness she turned the blizzards upside down. Pulled over to a garbage can and threw them away. I'm not eating something from an employee (20ish female, brown hair) with so much unnecessary attitude. Probably spend 500/year at this location. Won't be back.
Solid burger with fries! Most importantly, the staff was friendly.
