I've been coming here on and off since I moved down the street. I've been debating on doing a review, till tonight. To my surprise they were actually busy around 815 in drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order. It's 835 and I still don't have my food. I did have 2 cars in front of me. Once we finally got to the window, it wasn't made. No one started it. So now we are pulled forward and waiting for the food to be brought out. There was no reason our food shouldn't have been done when they knew I was coming up to the window. Smh. I've had other experiences that were good and weren't good, but this topped it tonight. Let's see if the food is even correct or good.Edit: food was fine.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through and I go in to finally see what’s taking so long and what it looks to be like they’re short staffed then I see a few employees sitting in the back refusing to get up to come help because they’re on break. There’s probably 10 cars in line and 10 cars in their parking lot, completely ridiculous that you can’t get up to help your colleagues.
Ordered the double bacon ranch burger and it's good. I was nicely surprised that it had two onion rings on it with the white cheddar, BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.Got the pumpkin pie blizzard and ate that before the burger. It could have more pumpkin flavor but still good for fall.
Slow!!!! 15 minutes in the drive. Was the third car in line when I pulled up. Are they milking the cows , then making the ice cream? Very lame!
