After many years I finally managed to find a terrible place! From the outside it seems nice and welcoming, but.here is my very personal experience! We took two platters, a medium beer, a small water and a coffee. The old, worn and wet cutting boards were garnished with the food indicated on the menu, they were brought to us on the very precarious table (IKEA type) which with its rocking caused the water to fall, wetting the place setting which we had to have replaced. I open the napkin that wrapped the cutlery and discover that both the knife and the fork are very dirty and have been replaced. I look around and in the cold cuts window/fridge there are cheeses, fruit and cold cuts on display, all piled up as if there was no tomorrow and without protective film. On my left, right in front of me, a glass with which some wine had been consumed but it had been there for who knows how long. We ask for cuddles and they tell us that they aren 't available, we ask for some squash and they tell us that that evening (31 December) and at that time (10pm) they didn 't make any, only to then see that for takeaway they were still prepared by a girl who probably didn 't even know what hygiene was, because she prepared them with her fingers full of rings, something absolutely forbidden by the most basic hygiene recommendations. The €42.50 bill also includes a cover charge of €5.00 per person. We left 50% of what we ordered because it was inedible. I asked to pay with a debit card and was told that the line was interrupted due to the end-of-year celebrations??????!!! However, after trying it on the first try, it worked. In this place the place setting is very fluid as per the attached photo, I don 't understand this trend of varying the place setting based on the moments and times, when the same and always the same paper/non-paper napkin, two cutlery and paper placemat. Considerations: Terrible place, dirty, no attention to the customer and poor quality food.
The top lampredotto? We eat in Scandicci!!! The innards are extraordinary, chosen and cooked divinely. The flavor of the sugna , strictly unpeeled, is very delicate and is not covered by the excellent seasoning which remains in the green, spicy and pucciato sauce, as tradition dictates. Pampering with stracchino and raw ham to open the dance and the lunch was amazing! The place is very nice with the social table and the super hospitable staff. Great lunch, thank you very much!
