Boston Pizza Scarborough Town Centre

Boston Pizza doesn’t disappoint when it comes to the food. Delicious, prompt. The service was outstanding. Our glasses were always refilled without us asking. The only disappointment was that in spite of having made a reservation through Open Table, the restaurant did not have that reservation in their system. I had received a confirmation notification that we did indeed have a reservation. We were seated immediately, which was great, but I think a check on system communication would be appreciated.

Had a reservation for Saturday night through opentable only on the door to say that they do not accept a reservation by opentable and that they are fully booked. very disappointed about this service, would not come back.

Went to the restaurant and they did not honour the reservation and claimed they do not use open table.

I wasn't able to get a table because a staff member informed me that they do not accept reservations through OpenTable. If that's the case, please remove the listing from OpenTable. This was a waste of time and I'm very disappointed by this experience.

We received excellent service from our wonderful staff. The atmosphere was serene, exactly what we were looking for.
