Super Sushi House - Scarborough

Very nice people on the phone, helpful and patient (no matter how busy it is, they always answer the phone). The selection is excellent, the food is always fresh and delivered hot. I would strongly recommend this place, they're wonderful people, hard working and make fantastic food! The price is average to save-a-bit too, which is always nice!

People don't come to Super Sushi House for the decor ... They come to enjoy a quality product at a very fair price. I have introduced a lot of friends and clients to this establishment and never a complaint. I think I can live with the pre-scooped ice cream.

The service was fast, friendly and efficient. They were accommodating to dietary requests. The quality of sushi is not great. Rice was cold and hard. Ice cream was pre scooped into cups and then frozen to make service faster but this ruins the taste and texture. It basically tastes like a freezer.

Went here June 30, 2017. The place was almost full so had to wait for almost an hour for the order to be served. Ordered beef teriyaki bento, but the beef was not very flavorful. Rice was not as sticky compared to the usual japanese rice. The maki included in the bento didn't have much taste.

Tiny spot on Kennedy Rd just north of Ellesmere in Scarborough. Attentive service, can get a bit slow when they are busy but worth it. They offer lunch specials , bento box combos, plus al a carte choices. Have been here several times and never disappointed. This time I chose the sashimi & sushi lunch special which also included miso soup, salad, shrimp & veg tempura plus ice cream. A lot of food, well prepared and tasty for $15.99. Ample parking, accessible.
