Feedback gevenMy review is based on the last few visits in a month. The service is inconsistent as it got worst each time. My mobile order was forgot and I need to proof to them that order was processed and took few discussion before they gave me my order. And the last time I order fries no salts and she told me the fries in the bag is no salt, all the fries on the top is salted, only the bottom ones are not. The large fries is half size only. The amount of fries is less than the medium fries I got. The burgers each time is about the same.
Baconator >I decided to get the spicy chicken wrap. It was extremely small and underwhelming. But I'll still go back for the Baconator as this my local Wendy's.
Went through the drive through and they told me that it would be a 4 min wait for nuggets i said no problem, they asked me to leave the drive through and come back around in 4 minutes. When I came back there was many more cars now in front of me and I ended up waiting much longer than 4 minutes. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to leave the drive through and come back just because your worried about your drive through times. Also I’m pretty sure that your not supposed to ask cars to go anywhere where there isn’t designated waiting spots but whatever. Not pleased with this experience.
I ordered Doordash and this restaurant is only a 3 minute drive from my place. The food was ICE COLD when it got here and my driver had an insulated bag, so it wasn't his fault. Something tells me, they just had my order sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. I bit into one of the burgers and it was just cold mush. This is a GIANT health/safety risk. Be wary of this location!
