A nice friendly county pub that can get busy at times. The location is good and there is a decent car park. Food drinks: We visited some friends in the village and decided (late Sunday afternoon) to visit the Oakwheel for some food. The table was good and the service was also good. We all enjoyed our food with one exception. I had a roast pork dinner which was very nice except for the Jus which was very salty and stopped me from finishing my meal. That aside, we all agreed we would return at some stage in the future to try more of the menu.

Lovely place to eat and drink, staff really pleasant, food amazing. We will definitely return when we are next in the area. A pub not to be missed. Walkability: We have a holiday house that we stayed in, so not to far to walk. We will definitely return to eat and socialise. Food drinks: Food is amazing. Rooms: 5 Service: 5

Tour done with 3 couples, this was our last hotel before we went back to the boat. Hotel room was fine just like dinner and breakfast, had many beautiful views on the way there. Would have liked to stay a day longer to better discover the area. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4
