Subway - Schenectady

Has been better, the cukes looked a little old, so I passed on them. The bread was soft and fresh. I will go back for another shot at it.

Great customer service today at about 6:30pm. Customer came in and made a big scene, but the girls working handled it really well.

Thank you for being open and taking coupons that no one in Albany would take (shame on them). This subway even answered the phone when I called...great service....they did good teamwork. Manager made a good decision by not alienating the same customers their company targeted...smart business! Old mohawk mall, great location too.

Without a doubt the best Subway we have been in. Clean, fresh and very friendly!

Love this location...Alana knows hospitality and I will be back to this location and send people this way great job!!!
