Bush's Chicken - Schertz

No prices on menu board… what they hiding?Ordered family meal and an extra side of fries in addition to what came with family meal. Got back to the office and only had the small side order of fries.Missing main order of fries and the side order of fries not hot and soggy.Had to ask for ketchup and serendipity seasoning…Way too many chicken restaurant options that are better than the new Bush’s.

Arrived at 9:11 pm after lobby had closed. 6 cars ahead of us in drive thru. Looked like they were short handed as it was taking about 10 minutes per car. We left and went to Slim Chickens. ?Food: 1/5

This is what a little over $12 gets you. A drink, roll, gravy, side, extra side and two of the sorriest chicken tenders I have ever seen. Go to Church's instead. Or Dairy Queen. Heck, go across the street to Bill Miller's. Sides and roll tasted fine.Food: 2/5

I love the chicken so much I purchased chicken twice in one week. They make amazing chicken! It's always hot, and I love gizzards and livers also. I usually buy the meal with 3 pieces of chicken which includes the ice tea. I call ahead for them. They are always so gracious! Also their sweet tea is phenomenal!Kid-friendliness: The children are usually eating when I walk in to pick up my to go order.Parking: 20 plus parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: They offer handicapped parking, right outside the entrance.

Absolute worst service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I am an Uber Driver and occasionally driver Uber Eats. I waited 45 mins for an 2 simultaneous orders. All while 8 vehicles in the drive thru were served and at least 6 dine in customers were served. Also, another food delivery driver who came in 15 mins after I was there waiting was served and he left. I said something about the wait time and that driver barked back at me that I had 2 orders and I needed to shut up. Then the guy behind the counter said we are short staffed, Bro . I replied to him to address me as sir and not bro . He then stared me down like he was going to come from behind the counter. The manager also told me that they were short staffed. (There were 5 employees and the manager there). I told her that I work by delivery and she worked by the hour. Me waiting was costing me precious time and money. She replied to me to fill out an application and come work there by the hour. This was not her problem . I soon there after received the deliveries and I promptly left. I DO NOT recommend this establishment.
