Feedback gevenI agree with the other 5 star reviews. Don't know why the ratings are so low. We stopped in because I had a free appitizer with an entree. We were greeted by Johnny. He had a wonderful smile and attitude. He sat us and then he was also our server! He took our drink order and came back with them quickly. And then we ordered the boneless chicken wings for our app and then ordered the chicken fajitas for our entree. Both of them came out very quickly and the fajita chicken was so tender and moist. Best chicken fajitas I have ever had. The sides were just as good too! Excellent! Loved the boneless wings too. Really enjoyed our server Johnny. What a very nice young man! He was so sweet pleasant and such a great server. Hope to come back and have him as our server again. We will be back and keep those fajitas the same. Don't change it. They are amazing as they are. And we hope to see Johnny again soon.
Service was fast fries still cold steak was supposed to be medium. Corn was warm salad was good price was good though just wish someone knew how to cook a steak
The family enjoys ordering out on the weekend and Chili's have a wide variety of food. Depending on the day/time it can be a long wait and at times our orders have had mistakes For to-go orders: missing drinks, missing sides, uncooked shrimp, etc). If you order with doordash can get credit for missing items. If you do a pickup, be sure to check your meal before leaving. Eating in can be a long wait on Friday/Saturday evenings. You can wait in the car or inside. During the week, I have been able to get a table with no wait during lunch. It's great to enjoy a quick lunch during the week.
This place just keeps getting worse. Today I literally had odd stuff in the cheese they gave out. My friend wondered if it was recycled. There was black and red stuff in the shredded cheese. And a corn kernel from who knows where. Corn wasn't in any of our meals. Our server avoided us and never asked how the food was, I'm assuming because he knew something was wrong. I don't really understand why, it's not like it's his fault if the kitchen messing up. I didn't get it. I rarely complain about food. I didn't say anything and I really should have. Guacamole is extra now apparently, that's fine but then they really should make sure the rest of it is good. Black speckled cheese is just bad cheese.
Reviewed them in the past. And they have not improved! Picked up curbside tonight, which for once was on time. However when I got home (4 mins up the road) both husband and I's steamed broccoli were cold. And the worst part, my husbands salmon was cooked with a piece of parchment paper stuck to it. He started to chew before realizing it was cooked into the bottom of the fish!
