Starbucks - Schertz

The parking lot was a mess, with cars parked in the middle of the aisles and others lined up, blocking the entrance. I had to wait 30 minutes inside just to get a peppermint mocha latte. Once I finally got my drink, it was a struggle to exit the parking lot.

I just picked up my mobile order from this location, which included four drinks and a bakery item. Unfortunately, they completely messed up one of my drinks. When I called to address the issue, all they could say was "oh sorry," and then they hung up on me. I’ve never had a problem at this location before; they usually do a great job, so I hope this was just a one-time mistake. However, the young girl who answered the phone definitely needs some customer service training.

This place is consistently great! I really enjoy dining here. The only issue I've encountered is that they seem to always be out of the spinach wrap whenever I visit. But I'm sure I'll try one soon. Thank you!

Very slow workers at this location. Each time I come it?s about 20/30min wait for a simple drink. Pastry comes out way before the drink. Don?t want to eat a cold pastry after I get my drink to wash it down.

Horrible service. I ordered via the app 15 minutes before arriving. When we arrived, it was busy, but not crazy. Just steady. My husband decided to order a latte. My order was not ready. Rgey asked about my irder, then made a half effort to fund it before telling me it would be out soon. I asked for a water, was told yes, and they carried on. My husband received his order before I received my full order. I said something and the woman behind the counter said they would have it soon. I waited, then asked again. She told dismissively that it would be out. Then she told a coworker to get my pastry. I didnt order a pastry. The other woman only THEN went to put my food in the oven. I said something agoan, trying to maintain my patience. She told me again like school marm that they were doing the best they can (other customers had come and gone, and it was less crowded than before). They were clearly not. Finally, I got my order. The coffee was bitter and poorly made. I would avoid this store as it is manged poorly.
