Arizona Bbq Shack - Scottsdale

This restaurant is open for business. Under new management since August 2016.

Open table has egg on the face. The BBQ stamp was closed. So I tried to cancel the reservation and make one in Fogo de Chao, but OT sent me back in a loop to BBQ Shack and told me to cancel it. Of course no one answered because they were closed. This caused me to lose 1000 gastronomic points in Fogo de Chao, in addition to a heat of frustration. I want OT to credit me points and fix his system so that it doesn't happen. Everybody else. Thank you.

Open Table made a mistake. The BBQ Shack was closed, so I tried to cancel my reservation and make one at Fogo de Chao instead. However, Open Table kept directing me back to the closed BBQ Shack and told me to call them to cancel. No one answered because the restaurant was closed, causing me to lose 1000 dining points at Fogo de Chao and a lot of frustration. I hope Open Table will credit me points and improve their system to avoid this issue for others. Thank you.
