From the moment you step foot in the store to the moment you leave, Randy's positive energy makes you feel like you're with family. His exceptional customer service should be recognized with a certificate of excellence for future employees to aspire to. I only wish there were more Randys at other locations, as his genuine dedication and infectious smile truly make a difference in anyone's day. It's not just a facade with Randy - his warmth is authentic. I wish I could give him 6 stars instead of 5, as he truly deserves to be awarded mentor of the year. Randy is a valuable asset to Jersey Mike's company, and we could all benefit from having more Randys in this world to brighten our days.
The staff at this restaurant are all extremely kind. I would like to specifically mention Randy for always being friendly and authentic. He consistently ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We are always pleased when we see him working. Being around Randy can instantly lift your spirits and brighten your day. He deserves much praise and the world could use more people like him. Randy is truly the best!
I have been a regular at this Jersey Mike's location for years, visiting several times a week. The staff is always friendly and personable. Nate, Betty, and Gary consistently provide excellent service. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend.
Just got home from L.A. and needed some food. Thankfully, this location is right near my home and it's a good one. Davion, Nate, and Chris were working tonight and were great. Both at making my sub and helping me snap out that post road-trip funk. 3Michelin Stars
I had Randy and Zach make my order. The food was awesome and the guys were so nice. We got the Italian, chicken bacon ranch, Philly. Yum. In a world lacking in customer service, it was nice to see smiling faces happy to help. Thanks guys.
