Taco Bell - Scottsdale

Outstanding restaurant and experience. We got the 12 pack of tacos. Hot and fresh.

There to pick up 2 UberEats orders. Line is slammed with drive thru and orders aren 't ready. I could here the people on the line say where is everyone else who is supposed to be on the line? The manager was sitting at a table in the dining room on an iPad instead of helping get the line caught up. Apparently Taco Bell has high standards for their managers. Took over 5 minutes for 2 orders to be finished when they should have been ready for pick up. The manager didn 't once look up from the iPad. Then I get to my car and realized they forgot a drink with an order. I went back in and the lady at the register said they didn 't tell me there was a drink when she 's the one who looked up the order in the first place and she 's pretty much standing there doing nothing the whole time. For having over 5 people working there it feels like there 's only one. This place is falling apart. The only good thing I have to say is that the two guys on the line were working their butts off

I used to come here a lot for lunch whenever I had a job in the area. Though recently I have not been able to. By that I mean that they aren't open. I see people walk up to the lobby and it's closed. I understand being short staff means just opening up the drive thru but they tell you they're closed too. It's an hour after opening and they still aren't open. I'd call it quits honestly. But I suppose there's a silver lining in all this. I decided to try Whataburger and it was fantastic.

Cara was super nice, she composed my shirt and made my day. Maybe she flirts a little and she was sweet, but I live like 20 miles away. Thank you, but cara!

I never thought I'd check a taco bell, but here I am. we all know what this is, but this review is for the personal. we were around 8/24 at 19:45 and the staff was so good that I left the drive with my man and said I think I will leave a review. I really wish I knew the names of the people we were interacting with. they answered some questions about the menu points and were actually helpful and friendly. then in the window the employee congratulated us to our upcoming baby (I am super obviously pregnant lol). he warned me of a **** that ran through a tiny piece from above, making sure we had enough hot sauce. it was just a baptism of little things, but to have personal who is nice and personal on a trip thru is just really refreshing. top notch people, thanks for the great late night drive thru dinner experience, give them an increase!
