Also loved the shuttle to the airport, as that was very convenient. Also appreciated that they had food/drinks available for purchase, and even a little bar in the lobby. The options are limited to ‘bar food’, but they definitely worked for us; we took food up to our room and were so grateful not to have to go out to go get something for dinner. For lunch, we ended up walking to Sharp’s Roasthouse, which was also a nice option.Aside from a 7-11 and a gas station convenience store there isn’t anything much else around, but if you just need a nice, clean, safe place to stay near SeaTac, this is the best option we could find.Oh! And the lady at the front desk when we got there was awesome. I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten her name, but I hope they they can find when we were there and give her some kind of recognition- she was so great and helpful!
If you like sleeping on bumpy beds that are like mashed potatoes which haven’t fully been smashed, this hotel is for you. The side of the king bed that was closest to the door was worn down. Other than that and the view of the center of the hotel from the room (they should put film on the windows so neighbors can’t see in and so guest aren’t looking at the concrete on the top of the roof), it was nice. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are super clean. The vibe is cool. And the free shuttle service runs frequently to the airport. You might want to bring a sleeping bag or blanket because the comforter is super thin. I got cold in the middle of the night and put on my jacket. Also, bring ear plugs. There was a clicking noise that kept waking me up. It might have been the little fridge. Plus, if you go to bed early, you might want ear plugs so you don’t hear the train that passes right by the hotel. Windows of some rooms are right there next to the tracks. It’s great that they have snacks downstairs. The closest places to eat are Jack in the Box, Dennies (the food there is just wrong) and a steakhouse that isn’t open in the mornings.Overall, this is a nice place to stop for a night.
Convenient access to the airport. The 28th St side rooms get full airport noise. I did not like the shower set-up or the lack of convenient wall outlets.
Excellent hotel. Great location close to airport.Large and clean rooms. Good food options not included. Outstanding fitness room. Washer and dryer on site was a plus. Also, the hotel kept our luggage in storage while we left for a few days on a hiking trip.Front desk staff was outstanding and friendly. Thank you.Rooms: Very clean, large. Bathrooms are modern and functional.
BEWARE! My credit card got compromised at the hotel. I came back only to find out that the hotel charged me 3 times the room charge PLUS a Sams club membership! I had to close the account and get a new card. Stay away. Also, there was no way to just turn on the lights in the bathroom?? You have to wake everyone up just go to the loo.
