I ordered a fisherman's pie that came with a selection of salatbegleitung. I chose caesar salat, which was an essential part for one side. the fischermanns cake was very delicious, and I enjoyed every mortal. but the experience was pampered by the bad quality of what seemed day old or bad salat (and hardly cold cold, and weak tasting dressing. when I had previously enjoyed a much better experience in paddy 's in bellevue, this visit was disappointing. I will return for a beer (many choices! and World Cup football.
Meh! grill chicken salat was really just grilled chicken, but it was served with cold whirl rings. only a basic salad that I could have thrown together with very little upside down. the Irish nap pot was bland and not very good. what looked like a delicious cookie on the top was really just a puff bakery cut in a circle. it's pub food, nothing more. we will not be back.
I had a special evening at Paddy Coyne's on St. Patrick's Day for my birthday, celebrating a new decade. Despite a mix-up with my reservation through Open Table, the restaurant was actually open and welcomed us. The manager, Patrick, took care of us and found us a table quickly. The corned beef and cabbage were delicious, and we had a great time. The only thing I would change is to bring back the carrots instead of kale in the meal. Thank you, Patrick, for being a saint!
We made a reservation for St. Patrick’s Day. We received an e-mail confirmation that said the restaurant would be closed that day. We tried calling the restaurant. There was no answer and the voicemail wasn’t set up. We checked their website to see if they were indeed closed. Nothing indicated that on the website. After our reservation time had passed we thought to look at their Facebook page and finally saw an announcement about St. Paddy’s day events at Paddy Coyne’s. It said “family friendly until 5 p.m.” We were planning on having a family meal with our kids and celebrating our Irish heritage with traditional Irish food. We didn’t go to Paddy’s Coyne’s because of all of this confusion, and now I am getting emails that said I did check in on Saturday and “how was paddy Coyne’s?” So ridiculous.
On Pier 70, right next to the Olympic Sculpture Park. I would describe this as a pub. Good basic food and full bar. Great location being over the water.
