Pagliacci Pizza - Seattle

Great food. Fantastic customer service. After a long and rough day at work, I popped in on the way home to pick up a delicious Lil Woody's Primo. Since I was grabbing a prepaid takeout order I wasn't going to be in the store very long. Yet the gentleman who gathered my order was exceptional with customer service in the moment, very friendly, and very accommodating. I went from my own customer facing job (where I spent the day getting yelled at for things outside of my control) to having a top shelf experience. This is the definition of truly great customer service striving endlessly to make peoples' days better, spreading positivity to people who may have had the worst day of their life. It is these small moments that can turn the tide. Well done.

Pricey but very good pizza. All in all the best in town since Mr Douglas isn’t as readily accessible. These guys are open late and have an excellent delivery and pickup infrastructure.

Nice and clean. There is an outdoor table that is shaded during the afternoon.

I'm so glad that the town I live in does not have a pagliacci pizza parlor. I would weigh 800lbs if it did. This stuff is amazing.
