From truffle to Yukon potato to classic Margherita, the high-quality ingredients have made me a big fan. I also recommend trying their floats. While it may be on the expensive side, I believe it is worth every penny.
Pricier than what I wanted to pay for pizza but when you bit into those pizza its worth the money. Their dough is super well made (you can feel the attention given) with fresh toppings. I got the special pizza of the day and mmm..mmm! Very good. its a fairly decent size pizza so if you are with a group of people order different ones and share! Also order their coconut cream pie! Its inside the Starbucks Roastery so the atmosphere is A plus!
I absolutely loved the pizza at this restaurant! Although it is on the pricier side, we were fortunate enough to visit during Restaurant Week and took advantage of a great deal - a 3 course meal for only $30! For our starter, we had Marinated lacinato kale with calabrian chilies and pine nuts. The pizza we chose was the Sweet fennel sausage, roasted peppers, and provolone pizza, and for dessert we enjoyed a Rhubarb pinenut cake with lemon creme fraiche sherbet and marmalade. Everything was delicious, but the pizza was the star of the show. The thin crust and amazing aroma made it stand out from any other pizza I've ever had. I highly recommend trying it out, just for the pizza alone.
Located inside the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, this is a perfect stop/detour from your caffeinated travels! The pizza is seriously amazing, and we gobbled up our food in silence because we were so enamored with the symphony of flavor exploding with each bite. Definitely among the best tasting 'high-end ' pizzerias I 've been too!
My favorite pizzeria in town! I've been here sooo many times and keep coming back for more. I've tried their entire menu and everything is delicious. All the pizzas with the various creative or classic toppings have one important thing in common: that crust! That crust is perfection: thin, soft, yet still substantial enough to be satisfying and interesting. The secret is the high gluten flour, the three day process to rise the dough, and the honey added in for that hint of sweetness. You can learn all this if you take their pizza making classes! Or you can just keep coming back to eat their pizzas...for research... Protip: always try their current special it's always seasonal, fresh, and amazing. Currently it's a smokey flavorbomb with thick cut I mean business no fooling around bacon, porcini mushroom, onion, and smoked cheese. Everything just works so well together. Each bite is a party in my mouth! My all time favorite is the roasted seasonal mushroom pizza with truffle cheese. It's bursting with earthy umami flavors and so addictive. The truffle and garlic aromas are intoxicating and will slowly seep out of your pores for hours afterwards. Bonus: doubles as perfume. I also love the sweet fennel sausage pizza with roasted peppers and provolone. And the Buffalo mozzarella pizza with fresh basil. And the asparagus pizza with prosciutto cotto. Of course everyone has their favorite topping preferences, but you really can't go wrong here! The service is very friendly too. Last time I came with a visitor from out of town who didn't know which white wine he wanted to try. Our server immediately suggested two and offered to bring him a tasting of each. One of them turned out to be exactly what he was looking for! I would definitely recommend this place to any pizza lovers!
