Sushi 5517 - Sechelt

Their sushi is the best on the Coast and better than most other sushi restaurants I've been to. We're lucky to have them here. The sushi rice is well made, fresh, and very tasty compared to the sushi rice quality you get in most restaurants. This says a lot about their rolls. They have quite a few rolls that are lowered price with the same high quality and good taste as their other rolls. When we're hungry we just order more of their lower priced rolls. A friend of ours had a bad service experience but we have only experienced good service there.

As an experienced sushi consumer I have to rate this restaurant highly. 4 of us dined, each with a different meal, and all of us were very pleased with the quality of the food and the service. Gold star to Sushi Bar 5577.

Best sushi in Sechelt.Yes the owners changed and maybe it's not quite as good. But honestly it's still by far the best sushi in Sechelt. They have a lot of custom roll options and i thought the sashimi and maki was fresh and well prepared.

Stopped in here on New Year's Eve and was pleasantly surprised. Coming from Vancouver one is inundated with plenty of sushi joints some great some not so great. To find one this good outside of vancouver was awesome. The quality of food was fantastic and the service was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a decerning taste towards their sushi
