Costa Coffee - Sefton

I visited this amazing restaurant a couple of days ago, and I have to say that every time I go there, I receive the best service from three amazing staff members named Catherine, Jamie, and Gabi. They made my day and were lovely to talk to, going the extra mile for me. I will definitely be back soon as I love their decaf coffee.

I was craving a large black Americano and decided to stop by this branch while walking through the village of Huyton. The two women working in the store were very friendly, especially the manager, Catherine, if I remember her name correctly. I was impressed by the exceptional service I received. A customer who seemed to be difficult was in the store, complaining that her latte tasted like coffee. Despite this rude customer, Catherine handled the situation with grace. I would definitely visit this place again, 5 out of 7 stars.

This place used to be absolutely amazing when Julie was there. There are now new staff who aren't anywhere near as good in their Barista skills. The drinks are half hearted, there's no latté art. The lady who I assume is the manager doesn't seem to care. There's no interaction any more between the staff and customers. The staff are either always talking to eachother it laughing at something on their phones. It's such a shame because this used to be my favourite coffee shop, now it's just a dump. Speaking of a dump, it's so filthy now too and the smell of toilet resonates around the store. Get in their Optimum and sort the place out!

Absolutely filthy. Not impressed. Toilets, Floors, trays and cutlery! In need of a deep clean. Don’t think I’ll be visiting again

Came here for a quick coffee I was very disappointed the staff was chatting to each other and the service slow would not come again
