The waitress who. ‘Served’ us seem to find my sister and I an Intrusion to her conversation with another girl. Our food was virtually thrown onto our table and she never even looked at me as I payed again in her haste to get back to another conversation. She never asked if we had enjoyed lunch, thanked us for coming or wished us a pleasant day.in fact she was just plain rude. I will never be returning to Cranberries ever again, we found the experience quite unpleasant.
I went to Cranberry's for a light lunch before heading to the cinema. I ordered the Club sandwich and my wife chose a special toasted panini with cheese, ham, and cranberries. Both dishes came with a side salad and homemade coleslaw and were delicious. For drinks, I had a flat white and my wife had a cappuccino, both made to a high standard. We didn't have room for dessert, but the cakes also looked good. The service was quick and the staff were very attentive. I highly recommend giving it a try if you have the chance.
Lovely little place, friendly staff and very good value. This is our morning coffee stop now.wiil definitely recommend.
Great gluten free choices for my coeliac child and the waitress was very reassuring that it is prepared in its own separate area. The non-coeliacs in our group enjoyed their lunches too. Would definitely return when in Southport.
Earlier in the day, we noticed how bustling this restaurant was and decided to take a closer look at the menu. Intrigued by the offerings, we returned later in the day. We ordered two coffees, a Welsh Rarebit, and a Chicken and Avocado salad bowl. Everything was delightful - beautifully presented and high quality. Although the tempting cakes caught our eye, we managed to resist this time. We were pleased to have found this gem and look forward to returning on our next visit to Southport.
