Visited last night first trip to Pizza Hut in several years. Astounded to find no disabled parking spaces in restaurant car park. Staff OK, but restaurant somewhat tired needing a lick of paint. Toilets clean. Salt Pepper dispensers filthy, obviously never wiped. Food average I had extra mozzarella cheese, which was just as well, as there still was minimal cheese. Macaroni cheese was good. Average value we thought, but don 't think we will return.
Absolute hell hole of a place! Staff are rude with disgusting attitudes. Place is filthy! Dirty cups plates ect never seen anything like it. Visited today to be told we can’t use cash??? Never heard anything like it no wonder the place was EMPTY. We was left standing there like melons for 20 mins waiting for a table while staff just continued to walk past us. Then a woman who’s Mrs trunchballs twin sister decided to say “it’s no cash” go and pick somewhere to sit. Mateee?? You having a laugh. If we knew we could sit wherever we wanted we wouldn’t of became melons. If we knew use didn’t accept cash we wouldn’t of stepped foot through the dirty door! Why not put signs up in BOLD saying NO CASH!! Absolutely vile
The service we received from the waitress was laughable - despite the restaurant being empty, we were not allowed to sit where we wanted. The menus were thrown at us and we were told to order through the app. We decided to leave as the whole experience was a joke. It's no wonder the restaurant was empty.
Went for lunch one weekend. It was quite busy but we arrived early for our booking and were still able to go in. Between us we had a pizza, lasagne and chicken wings, along with the salad. It was all nice, especially the chicken wings, and I like being able put different flavours in the Pepsi.
