Not to recommend... we waited literally 1 hour for our starters. I’m sure the taste of the burgers would be great, if they were hot enough. Sorry but that was a one time visit for us...

We came together on a Sunday night. great fans of this chain, we had made a little way for the memphis closest to the corner. big mistake not to read the reviews before moving. Anyway, we're coming. the restaurant is far from complete, yet waitresses seem to be overwhelmed. we take part of our order (drink and input), and we are served relatively quickly. We're back on the map at that time, fortunately we know enough the chain to remember the name of our main dish. When we get rid of the entrance, the waitress asks us if she can send the suite, which I tell her that we didn't order the dishes. She tells us 'ah yes it is true.' she comes to take our order, not without harm because the machine she uses in the air particularly complicated. An hour later, the waitress (always the same) asks us if you need desserts. I tell her we're still waiting for our dish, she's answering 'ah good you're still not gone?' No excuses, nothing. and 20 minutes later, as I was about to go to the little Japanese next to who looked really nice, we're getting back our dishes. The food is (almost) equal to what we know in the memphis that we attend, besides the fact of a well cooked steak that was not. My companion couldn't finish because of that and got sick at night. We're not willing to pay almost €50 for two, but we're leaving without delay. we are wondering if everything went well, we answer 'moyen, at the level of waiting. We were cut off with a 'yes' there was a bit of waiting tonight.' true only for us apparel since we saw some tables coming and going before us. It is very unfortunate to tarnish the reputation of the chain with such poor management, a non-existent training plan, and according to the number of negative comments, no continuous improvement installation. It's to be hoped that someone with competence will take him back.

Family and welcoming, very helpful and listening staff. you feel the good group atmosphere that puts the customers at ease. meals are hearty, very good choice of desserts. the menu is very varied and offers a wide choice of dishes for all tastes! they are also very open on the demands and requirements of each. Great moment, I highly recommend it!
