Costata morbidissima. Patate al forno ottime. Battuta di carne di qualità superiore servita con condimenti azzeccati ed alla giusta temperatura. Pansoti in salsa di noce abbondanti e buonissimi. Renovated restaurant as well as management. We appreciated the fact that there wasn't a huge menu, which we don't like and is a sign of not entirely fresh products. In fact the quality of the food is excellent. The appetizer with fried tripe is excellent and original. Good pansoti in walnut sauce, a truly exceptional rib, tender, as are the baked potatoes. For dessert, a sublime tiramisu. All seasoned with a pleasant, simple setting and attentive and polite service. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
