Feedback gevenI have now visited this place for years. The quality is exceptional, delicious patisserie and chocolates, wonderful cakes of all kinds with the plus of mono portions that can be mixed for more people or simply enjoyed when you come to the mountains alone. In Summer they also make scrumptious ice creams and ice lollies, actually frozen fruit much loved by children. The only disappointment, that causes me placing four instead of five stars, is the opening schedule, that shrank significantly in the last year, with closure just during lunch time and on days such as Xmas, causing also long queues in the afternoon.
I found the employee to be very inhospitable. Due to COVID restrictions only 2 people may enter the shop, so we were standing outside, appreciating the fact that they are keeping safe. But it seems that restrictions apply until it comes to locals, who simply enter disregarding the fact that people are waiting outside. I ordered hot drinks and was forced to wait OUTSIDE in cold weather while they were prepared following my already long wait prior to entering the shop. We were left with a bitter taste of the event and felt stupid for not canceling the order as soon as we were told to wait outside. 22€ for 4 hot cocoa+whipped cream.
Anche se erano anni che non venivano al sestriere la pasticceria e' sempre al suo posto con le due bontà e una tappa obbligata vista anche la chiusura invece della storica Galup .. le mignon ed i baci di dama vanno provato e portati a casa ... se ci arrivano ..delizia per gli occhi e per il palato ! Stra consigliato
Baci di dama sono il top...mai assaggiati biscotti cosi buoni.
We were very impressed with this tiny cake shop on our holiday, went back a couple of times to try different cakes. The Sacher slice and the Nocciola were absolutely amazing. The staff was super nice and smiley even when we popped in right before closing time. Couldn't recommend them more.
