Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Sevierville

We asked about nuts coming on a banana split and the way my wife said it made the employee mad and starting yelling; "dont yell at me "when we were just asking if it came with nuts not as difficult as it should have been. We were respectful and sorry she took it the wrong way. The manager handled the situation excellent by giving her a minute to calm down as it looked like she took a break. Thanks for great service and great management

I am very surprised at how good their food usually is! You must get their chicken tenders their amazing! You must try one of their blizzards. Their staff are always really friendly and they say have a blessed day or be blessed that always makes my day. They have 4.3 stars and it's a fast food restaurant but I can see why. Thank you DQ we will be back!

The staff of this DQ were super friendly. The food was also delish (peanut butter sun!, but the staff really made the difference. Had smiles on her faces and actually interacted with the guests.
