Feedback gevenI had the worst experience here today and was a great worker. The employee was very rude to me and I understand they were very busy. But throwing a pizza without care to me is very disgusting. This will be the last time for this place.
To order a custom Italian cheese bread, said they could not do it. I was ready for the extra topping fees that manager Carrie said there was absolutely no way she could do that. Talk about 0% customer satisfaction. Not the 100% they like to advertise. Because if it's IMPOSSIBLE to add a topping on an Italian cheese bread, she just didn't want to do it.
This little Caesar?s is constantly messing up our orders. We ordered over the phone had the order read back to us only to pick it up and be completely opposite of what we ordered. We called to ask for a refund and the person on the phone was very rude. The pizza is nasty and the wings are just overflowed with sauce and taste like they have been left out all day. we won?t be ordering from them again.
Paula E. Did not say a single word at the drive through. She just had a blank stare on her face waiting for us to order. No customer service what so ever. Even when she handed us our order she didn't say a word.
The pizzas are getting crapy. Not enough toppings but paying for it. Got supreme and meat lovers and well lets just say didn't get what I payed for plus very little marinara sauce. Just complete disappointment. Its been twice. Next time you go check your pizza before you leave. Not sure whats going on short supply or someone needs training. Any ways wont be coming back in a while.
