He Southside location is my go to and my favorite location. it is conveniently located on the way where I work and when I feel like I need a boost in the morning, this is my go to place. Employees here are always friendly and they are quick! They can get pretty busy in the morning and sometimes I will call to get my order in and have it ready by the time I get there. Ever since I have been going here I have no complaints. the place is always clean and cold in the morning and they always greet me and other customers as well. The smoothie is good too! My favorite is mocha madness and I add banana with it. They have tons of smoothies to choose from and they also have sandwich, wraps and salads! I recently tried the sausage and egg quesadilla and I was so surprised how great it was! just a tip! download their app because once in awhile they will have a great deal there. I just recently download their app, it is so user friendly and its quick!

I was assulted this morning in front of resturant by a person demanding me to let him use my phone. When i declined he grabed it and then tessed me with it. I was worried for my life. I knocked on the window of this business asking for help or if they could call someone for help or the police. The employee did not wanna get involed. I could have been killed stabbed or hurt. I was hurt more from the help I didnot recieve from topical cafe. I have been a customer and a friend of jeremy!

Lady that works there didn't wash her hands once, didn't change her gloves once, she went from touching the register, handling cash, to getting delivery bags to handling food with the same plastic gloves... I could not bring myself to eat what I ordered...

FOUND A HAIR IN MY AÇAÍ BOWL. When I called to let them know I was told they couldn’t remake it because the base is so expensive. So they issued a refund which won’t come until 5-7. It’s not about the refund, it has been a rough morning and I just wanted breakfast.
