Not mixing drinks and pressuring customers for tips. One girl will literally block the card reader until you select a tip value. They either lie and say you have to select tip first or dont even know you can still put your card in then select tip. Either way, im sick of being verbally made aware of a tip screen, blocking the card reader, and all the other little microdirections they use to increase tips. Like I was literally going to tip already, now I just dont come here.

Not happy with the wait time especially knowing at the end that my coffee was made and done, but just sitting by the machine for 20 minutes. They just forgot about it apparently‍. Will give 3 stars though because mistakes happen. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is the fourth time I've gotten a Grande Pike Place and asked for light cream and have gotten watered-down coffee that tastes like warm milk. Mind you I've tipped every time. However, I’ve never been treated poorly while not getting what I paid for. Moreover, to go and get the coffee remade is another half-hour. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
