What a rip off a full classic rib meal that used to fill you up has been replaced with a small rack at a higher price. I’m guessing the company profits Havnt shrunk like the ribs. Will never return
The most overpriced, tasteless meal I’ve ever had. Service was a joke. Do yourself a favour and don’t visit the overpriced American garbage restaurant.
This restaurant was good for a celebratory family get together. The highlights were: a table and good amount of space to meet our family’s dining needs; good quality, tasty food; good menu range; very good service from Maisie H. At the point of booking, we asked for the music not to be too loud to accommodate a hearing preference for one of our party and this was met. There was a very good range of offers available via the TGI app that made a substantial difference to our final payment. Service is inconsistent. Maisie H was attentive, efficient and highly effective. A better staff to customer ratio is highly likely to have resulted in quicker service and our meals, mains and desserts alike, being ready for all of our party at the same time.
Perhaps one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a chain restaurant or indeed any restaurant. It’s looking tired, toilets weren’t clean and an hour wait for food that had been under spotlights a long time. Used to think TGI Fridays was good but this experience was shocking. It was busy due to Xmas shoppers and Disney on Ice near by but was totally under prepared and understaffed, I don’t know why they bothered opening.
