The employees were unmotivated, and the store itself was very unkempt. This is easily the worst grocery store I’ve ever visited! It’s an eyesore in the neighborhood.

This grocery store is great! The staff is always helpful and polite, and the store is very well-maintained. They offer a good variety of products. I've been shopping at this Kroger for years and have always had a positive experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, largely due to a woman named Karen, who I assume is the manager. She was quite rude when I inquired about additional stock in the back. As I was leaving, she said, "We don't supply party stores." I don't own a party store; I just like to have extras for my family. The cashier was also unhelpful and didn't allow me to redeem my coupon. They were frequently out of products, which is frustrating. It's a shame that I have to drive further to find what I need from a grocery store when there's one just a few blocks away.

Christian at the service desk is verbally abusive to customers. He couldn’t be any more mean and insulting if he tried. You can tell his coworkers are even scared of him they won’t intervene, they avoid him.
