Feedback gevenI know they were busy, but all 3 of my sandwiches were wrong, missing things, or had items we asked them not to put on it. To top it all off I did a mobile order and waited by the shelf all while my bag was by the drive-thru window. When I asked about it, they said, well we were busy.

FIVE STARS FOR TYREESE. Two stars for the Sheldon Jimmy John’s. Tyreese, your customer service and thoughtfulness to detail did not go unrecognized. Many times my husband and I have come in to order a sandwich with only a few extra ingredients. NEVER do any of the other crew members listen to our customization, and we always end up paying extra for ingredients we never get.Tonight Tyreese did his job, and he did it VERY well. With a smile, a courteous demeanor, and even called my husband “boss” (lol) I give him 10/10 for what the expectation is of the Jimmy John’s brand. MORE OF THIS, please.Two stars for this location altogether, though. Most often than not, staff seems tired and ready to leave; making small sandwiches that leave you wanting more for your money (mostly bread, meat, and little toppings).I love Jimmy John’s. We need more nights like this. If every time would go this way, I’d give a million stars if I could. Thank you for all you do, please continue to do your best!
I will not be going back to this Jimmy John's. Multiple times I have gone and they have messed up my order. Today was no different. The young man who took my order was very nice and made sure he had it right. Though the young men who filled my order can either not read or follow instructions. It's sad because I really do like Jimmy John's and it is the closest one to me but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the one who has never messed up my order.
First time there and the lady that was working had an attitude we would ask questions about the menu. My daughter wanted a small sandwich and I asked if they had the kids menu and she snapped at me when I asked then when I asked about certain sandwiches she got an attitude about that as well I do believe that she is a manager in there I'm not 100% sure. But she needs to treat the customers better and stop acting like everyone has been there thousand times. I do not even think that Jimmy John's is all that I actually think the subway is a lot better than Jimmy John's. Their service and the taste at subway is better.
