Arooga's - Shippensburg

Picked up my order and got almost no edible food for $60+. The boneless wings were just crunchy overcooked breading with no meat. The buffalo chicken dip had no chicken and was so small like one scoop i could see the bottom of the bowl like that is $10 by itself. The only thing that was ok was the big pretzel but then they just give you two gross sweet mustards and not enough beer cheese. Very disappointed. Food: 1

I ordered the beer battered fish and chips... now where I'm from in Bedford County they serve freshly battered fish on Fridays... not only was my fish frozen it was NOT cooked on the inside, I asked the waitress if they were trying to give me food poisoning or make me sick, she took it back returned not even TWO minutes later... it was STILL NOT COOKED and just full of grease... basically the cook dropped it in the fryer real quick and pulled it back up.... slimy breaded fish... NO THANK YOU! My fries were also cold it was so loud in there you couldn't hear the person across from you! I have reviewed a lot of places, the fish from here is by far the worse review I've ever had to give... if you're wondering...I still paid for my meal in full no discount..I brought ijust the fish home and put in my air fryer on 400 degrees for 7 minutes that's the only reason they got two stars! Of course at this point it was after 10pm and I was pretty hungry! I will add pictures of my uncooked fish!

Very busy when I went, but the staff were still very attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I didn't wait long for food and drinks. The cheeseburger was very good and so were the fries. Will is an excellent bartender. He really knows his stuff. He is very friendly with everyone and very attentive to his customers needs. He remembers mine and my husband's order every time we go in. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
