Feedback gevenIf there are no stars, I would choose it, I got in the sore today 04/30/2022 to pick up my order and I waited about 10 minutes until someone showed up on the reception and finally someone came in and not even greeted and didn't say it was sorry for that. nothing. the worst customer service of all time and worst load. pizza hut must check and get them load tested and observed. they lose their business by doing these terrible workers. wait for an action to be taken and to hear back from the management! team.
5/16/22 if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered pizza at 6:15pm- stated a 35 minute time frame for delivery. After an hour I called and spoke to Josh who stated “it’s on the way” … that was it. Waited another 35 minutes, called again to speak with Josh who again stated “it’s on the way”. Never once did they offer to send another pizza, or to contact the driver. The manager wouldn’t even speak on the phone (I could hear them in the background stating to just say it’s on the way). After 2.5 hours of waiting we decided to call again and get a refund. No one ever stated what happened or where our food was. Now I have pissed off kids and figuring out dinner at 8:50pm. What kind of customer service is this? DO NOT ORDER from them!!
I will never order from there anymore. They overcharged you if you don’t pay attention. How is it possible that 3.99$ for fríes and they give like 5 fríes only, 12 piece of wings are 22.25$ and 3 large pan pepperoni pizza 65.25$ when the menu in store and online has 13.49 for the pizza and 12.99$ traditional wings. I can’t believe it they still didn’t gave me my money back. Very bad management!!!!
Make sure the pizza is delivered on time. Mine never showed up after waiting almost 2 hours. I had to cancel and order dominos.
