Portillo's Hot Dogs - Shorewood

I’m saddened to say, Portillo’s Corporate Office has disappointed Me. It was at this Location that I was told I could no longer order my French Fries to be EZ Cooked Soft or pulled about 30 Seconds short of the normal Fry Time. Why I asked? Because Portillo’s Corporate Management has decided that this is an Unsafe Practice because the Fries that I like are not fully Cooked to normal Temperature. Therefore, it’s a Health Risk PCM doesn’t want Me to get Sick sue the Company. News Flash to PCM: French Fries are Potatoes, Potatoes are Vegetables Vegetables can be eaten RAW! If I ordered a Cheeseburger with everything on it, the Lettuce, Tomato, Onion Pickle are all served RAW. Why can’t they just continue to do what I’ve always wanted gotten for the past 30+ Years? There is NO other Restaurant Chain Store or Privately Owned that has denied Me of this minor Request. But suddenly, PCM has decided to stop serving Food to at least ONE of their Long Time Customers. What a shame, I really loved your Food.
