Cicis - Shreveport

The food is delicious! We love eating there! My favorite is the salad and my sons favorite is pizza! Everyone is so nice and helpful! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Freeze inside. If it wasn't for a group of us, I would have gone. had to move with sweater. Manager said owner fits pace and lives in a tyler. I'll never go back if they can't fix it. The food was good.

I don't know if it was just the time we came, but the cinnamon rolls were hard like a rock. There are dirty plates throughout the restaurant on tables from previous customers. The only good was the cheese pizza.

The restaurant was clean, but they came back on pizza and all sat around and waited for them to cook so that we could eat. also there is a young lady who works there that needs to know: if they have to try to convince anyone with whom they work that they are really a nice person, then they are probably not. this worker complained loudly about tons of random dinge and co-workers all the time when we were there, and was also less than inviting when we arrived. almost on the point of the posture we came in and they inkovenient. this location needs a management overview and better time planning.

We arrived at 9pm. 4 of us. 15 people waiting, 4 eating. Cashier quickly got everyone processed. By the time we were seated all the pizza was gone. Within 10 minutes there were 4 fresh pizzas. By 20th minutes there were 10. They kind of got overloaded with customers but bounced back quickly. Friendly staff. Pretty clean considering how many people were served in a short time
