Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Shreveport

Very clean restaurant and a polite staff that greeted me as I walked in. First time visiting this location since it opened. I got some blizzards shakes for family. Most of them were full of ice cream to the top except one blizzard. But overall, theorder was correct and tasted great. I miss having a DQ on Pines Rd.

First time trying this Dairy Queen location and was HIGHLY disappointed. I understand this is a fast food and that our food needs to come out quick but this is unacceptable. Let?s talk about pricing: if you order any Large meals, they are going tocharge every large item in that meal. I ordered two meals for my husband and I. Our large meals with two small blizzards cameout to be over $45. Not sure if DQ is some kind of new fast food fine dining but that?s not a reasonable price at all. My mealcame out so fast that the food got so cold when I gotten home. I live only 3-5 mins away. The fries aren?t even filled to thetop and my meal feels like trash. I will not come back to this location. Period.

I used the app to order and pickup in the drive thru. It was an option offered. I didn 't make it up. The dude in the red shirt looked up from his phone long enough to tell me the rule is for customers to come inside. So why is the drive thru an option?Then he told me to move out of the way for someone else to order without giving me my order. Finally, nothing in my order wascorrect or even recognizable. Had to clean the blizzard cup myself before leaving the store and it was the consistency of amelted milkshake by the time I got to the car. The other item had toppings I did not request. Do the world a favor and removeoptions from the app that go against the rules and learn some customer service skills. I have no problem deciding not toreturn.

They were out of basic things very early in the afternoon. There were things on the menu that they no longer carry and it came as a surprise to the cashier person who didn't know the menu. There is a constant beeping from the drink machine that is superannoying and almost triggered some ptsd....lol but fr fr. If you need to wear down your rabbits teeth order the onion rings andlet them go for it. Where the hell is the hunger buster and the steak finger basket??? They've discontinued all the classics. Super disappointed. 3 stars because I was super thirst and the coke was just right.

Still the best place in town to get a hot fudge sundae or a dipped cone. Lines are long for employees to get the job done as soon as possible.
