Kfc - Shreveport

20 minutes since I gave up my order, it's empty that no one waits for a job except me. dunno what takes so long

We were told that we had to wait 16 minutes for fresh chicken, instead we waited for 30 minutes and the chicken was not burned fresh! and paid 31.99 for a sixteen piece last night on hearn st. that was the worst service ever! if we had food poisoning, I would have to sue the restaurant! they said they were down there, last chicken bag, but that was also a lie. I am very disappointed by the people who represent this franchise, and since even proud of what they do! especially their task to do that only by not honest with the customer, that says much about them as an individual. If you know better, you do better!

The food was fast and fresh. sauce on sandwich was burned, but okay. the restaurant must be cleaned.

I wanted 3 wings they were out so I just decided to get 1 drumstick and the guy told me $3.56 me NOT this was on Hearne the black manager a guy

I didn't receive any utensils to eat with the cookie was stale it was a missed visit.
