Whataburger - Shreveport

I was in the line for drive through this morning. Waited in line for 25 minutes for my order. I paid and everything. It still was not out by that point and I was late for work so I just had to leave. The ladies in the drive through were nice but something must be wrong on the process side for this to happen. Regardless, I’ll just drive up to Kings Hwy if I need Whataburger from now on.

Whataburger is always good worse thing is the wait. We didn't go at 2 am tho so it wasn't so bad.

It may just be me, but the food was not even close to what I remember. The workers that took my order, the worker that took my money, and the worker that brought me my food, must have had other things planned or something. Because they were very rude, and totally unprofessional. I sat in the drive through for at least 15 minutes waiting for my food. When I did get my food it was already cold. I probably would not recommend this Wataburger.

The girls that took my payment were too busy talking about what dogs they wanted instead of greeting me or anything!! The fries were horrible and it was obvious that the fryer needed to be cleaned because the fries had remnants of old food chunks! The new girl brought me my food and shoved it at me and turned around and walked off.

The food is always good and hot at Whataburger. I always bring the family to eat. We normally go to the drive thru. This day both lanes were busy but they kept the lines moving. The guy that took our order had A1 customer service. My son said he's super nice and I agreed cause that's very rare these days. I wish I knew his name but I don't. He looked like he was training somebody and if so I know he trained them very well.
