Whataburger - Shreveport

Love the food! Thanks for the student awards, they were so excited and they came just in time for my schools award program.

I may hit the wrong address were at the one at Mansfield Rd. Bert Kouns no need for stars these are the BEST burgers around. my opinion) I know the meaning of opinion. On time we couldn't make it for s couple months/ wife was very ill first one tasted just like it did 2 months ago The Mgr Wendy) is a distant neighbor stop when we can.

2/20/22 ordered late night dinner after a long shift. My order was a #1 with fries and #5 with onion rings plus a side of gravy.. simple. Recieved my order and as for the order it was perfect. Burgers cooked and prepared perfectly and the fries and onion rings fried crispy and hot. Now for the 4 stars fell upon the one taking and giving food orders. To us she seemed rude and like it was an inconvenience for us to be in the drive thru. Now we just moved here to Louisiana from Texas so and now our 3rd time there we wasn't treated well but the food is always good so having to just take the moodswing and order. Ending on a good note.. great sweet tea...

My husband and I go here often amd usually, they are about what you'd expect from fast food breakfast. It was giod but average. Customer service could be better. I do enjoy sitting inside to eat and listen to the good music playing on the speakers. Overall, good place to eat but employees aren't very personable. How about saying hello or good morning, thank you, or something. Also, had trouble with paying and we asked about it not processing and lady looked at us and said nothing. We asked for assistance several times only to be ignored. Disappointing.

The staff was great, with there attitude. Food was very good. Floor a little greasy. The locations on Bert Kouns and Pines Rd are the ones I highly recommend
