Mcdonald's - Shrewsbury

Chickensuggets were hard and boiled over, the cold coffee had no sugar. I ordered my coffee with extra sugar and got no . the nuggets were for my granddaughter who is 1 year old, she couldn't eat her.

Fast service always clean for a McDonald's. Nothing special, but you can order here and the food is how it should be and it's open normal hours. Staff is nice too.

Went here as a applicant and get made fun of for showing up 20 minutes early for a interview. The fact that they make a big deal about being early I decided to find a employer with management with manors

This location has made a bunch more mistakes than others, and- having a kid- it drives me NUTS when they have the Happy Meal containers that don't match the toys given. (They seem to always have previous toys in the current Happy Meal boxes. Also the entrance is a sharp angle and often bottoms my car out, no matter how slow I drove or how I angle the wheels.I will say it's been better lately and not closing early due to employee shortages, at least from what I've seen. I know these times are crazy. I think the current employees are pretty good. Hang in there, guys!!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and definitely the worst foods. There is a McDonald’s every few miles, save your money and go to another one. It can’t be worse than this one.I ordered two triple cheeseburgers and fries and after waiting for 20 minutes with a very empty lobby I got the wrong order, two single cheeseburgers which were falling apart and cold with cold fries. The employees were just standing around. Another customer came back and said they had got the wrong order as well. They made him wait about 15 minutes, probably longer he was still waiting when I left. The food was all cold it had clearly been sitting. Really terrible experience all around. I didnt have time to wait another 20 minutes for them to give me another correct order which probably would have been incorrect and gross as well so I left
