Probably the rudest and worst customer service of any Starbucks in MA. Please avoid this one if you can wait to get to westborough or somewhere else. They will not acknowledge your presence when you need something and when they forget to give you a straw for your drink you can not even get their attention to give you one. Extremely slow service as if your order is the first one they have ever made.
Updating my review 8/2023. The main ingredient in my Bacon, Sausage and Egg wrap was dry, starchy, flavorless potatoes, followed by eggs, 5 pellets of sausage, and a half slice of bacon. I usually stick to coffee, but the food has gone downhill. They are 50/50 on getting my drink customizations correct, which is frustrating considering how much they cost.
We waited over 25 minutes to receive the drinks we ordered at the register and the whole place needs a deep clean.
They make the worst drinks tried it 3 times this specific location, most recently the guy tried to overcharge me twice then gave me a half watered down rubbish and forgot the straw, how does this take 14 minutes??
