Dunkin' - side

This Dunkin’ is probably the best one I’ve been to in the city. Always super efficient and friendly!

Gave sausage in egg and cheese croissant which is not shown in their menu as it was just egg and cheese.

One car in front of me total of two cars went through the drive-through. It took 22 minutes to place the order of one extra large coffee. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts anymore.

This place restroom is always out of service what a customer should do if he or she really in need to use a restroom. When asked the person in charge gave a extremely weird look and said she was instructed by the owner to keep restroom out of service all the time so they no need to clean it. This is something very illegal and the city of Chicago must take a severe action against this is a story of every Dunkin’ Donuts and subways

No apple cider donuts this year makes me very sad. They didn't have cinnamon donuts this morning either. Come on guys, it's FALL.
