Mediocre ramen- Pork wasn’t tender and noodles don’t taste fresh but the broth is good

Very bad experience. One of our family members had a plate from chipotle and didn’t let her come in and she’s a kid. The hostess was very rude and disrespectful. The food was alright. Miso soup was amazing!!

Not my favorite tonkotsu but it hit the spot on a cold fall day. The chashu was great, broth and noodles not so much. Definitely a bit pricey though not unexpected for a Mag Mile restaurant. Excellent service within a relaxing atmosphere

3% surcharge because of “government mandate” makes it sound like it is the government's fault when it could have said due to the ongoing pandemic. (You have to ask for it to be removed, but I paid it anyway)

We come here often for the vegetarian ramen. Its beautifully flavored with a bit of a kick! Super delicious! I will say I always have to send my ramen back because to me its never hot enough despite me warning my love for HOT soup. Other than that, it's always great. Service can be slow if they are busy but all of the servers are very attentive and accommodating. It's a fun setting with a great whiskey selection too. We will be back!
