Feedback gevenWorst subway I’ve ever been too! I got a spicy Italian sub and the meat was so thin all I could taste was bread. My daughters sub had so much mayo it was dripping out. Definitely going to the other one next time
Customer service sucked. And you can tell their training is even worse…
Tried to use drive thru as we were headed back to Indy. One car in front of us took forever (no room to pull out leave) but when we got up there to order, last told us it would be a minute, was closer to 10 minutes so we ended up leaving! I wouldn't bother with this establishment!
Took them 45 min to make 5 subs incompetent workers, I am usually pretty easy going and understanding but this was the worst service I think I have ever had in my life.
I usually go to the one located inside Walmart but they weren't open so I went to this one. I went thru the drive thru. It was not busy at the drive thru and did not look busy inside and it took them 10 minutes before they asked for my order. Then I sat at the window waiting to pay and for my food another 10 minutes. There were three workers and I could see from the window they were just kind of chit chatting and no sense of urgency. Then relieved my food and it was very poor quality. I ordered one of their specialty subs and you could tell it was just slapped together. The tomatoes were almost hard like they weren't ripe enough yet to be cut or possibly so cold they were frozen. The person working the window wasn't very friendly and gave off the vibe that she wasn't happy to be there. Over all not a very good experience so I will continue to go to the one inside Walmart. They are more friendly and take more pride in their work.
