Cannova's - Silver Creek Township

The Zita meal was really good. While eating the entertainment at the piano made for a relaxing experience.

I had not been to the restaurant since I was a very little boy, but I distinctly remember during the summer watching the kids play baseball across the street. This time when I visited, the food and atmosphere took my breath away. The decor was fabulous, including a live piano which played many tunes that were both recognizable, and well received. The food was excellent as well. We had the deep dish Chicago style pizza and one piece was more than enough for each of us. There was also the friendly staff that helped us with the menus and was always on hand when we needed them.Parking: Parking can be a bit tricky on busier nights, as the parking lot for the building is a bit small and several other businesses in the area do not like to have people parking in their lots. With a bit of creativity though, there is plenty of parking if you are willing to cross the street.

Likely had not been here for seven years or so. Nostalgia can sometimes bite you where it hurts. I'm happy to say this trip down memory lane was pleasant with yummy food and a celebratory experience. Three different parties had a guest with a birthday. Each of those were met with staff singing accompanied by the piano. The elderly couple seated next to us were treated with deference. The waitress doted on them going as far to cut their steak for them. What's changed in seven years? I suppose the prices are higher (but they are everywhere). I don't recall a sign for narcan in the bathroom which is a sad reality. I'm glad they want to save lives.Parking: Tight parking lot. You can drop people off by the door and park down the street.

36th annual Holiday show. Exceptional dinner with great music, tight vocal harmonies and electric solo performances. And yeah, you can still call him Jackie.

Pizza was wonderful. Salad was only OK. House dressing left a lot to be desired. When did it change? It was thick! Really? Service was OK. Got the job done. Busy and we had to finish by 7:30 PM for next seating.
